Head of Operations & Supply Chain

- Manage suppliers, production timelines, and operational readiness
- Coordinate packaging, logistics, and inventory flow
- Build an efficient operating structure for market entry and expansion
Head of Sales (UAE & International)
Drive partnerships across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and broader Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, with a focus on premium retail, distribution, and strategic accounts.
- Build and manage relationships with premium retail, distribution, and strategic partners
- Lead commercial conversations from introduction to close
- Support the brand’s market entry and expansion strategy
Product & Quality Manager
Oversee flavour consistency, product quality, and specification management across all Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), ensuring a premium result at every touchpoint.
- Work with production partners on quality standards and product specifications
- Support flavour development and product refinement
- Protect consistency, freshness, and premium execution
Marketing & Brand Activation Manager
Help shape market presence, launch activations, brand storytelling, and premium consumer touchpoints across retail, distribution, and strategic channels.
- Execute brand campaigns, activations, and launch moments
- Coordinate content and premium brand presence
- Translate strategy into visible, high-quality execution
Founder Associate / Chief of Staff
Work directly with the founder across operations, commercial execution, partnerships, and strategic priorities in a fast-moving build environment.
